Refund policy

Original Artworks All original artworks are final sale. As unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, original artworks are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under UK and EU consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), which excludes custom-made and clearly personalised goods.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on original artworks unless the item arrives damaged or is materially not as described.

Limited Edition Prints Limited edition prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery for EU and UK customers, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
